A lifelong passion for physical fitness and exposure to Eastern and Western medicine gave Jason Kaufman, DC a unique approach to chiropractic theory. His unique method, which has been praised by medical specialists, therapists, and patients throughout the western United States, focuses not on the spine, but on the neuromuscular and fascial pathways that trigger patient symptoms. Today, he is using his innovative, non-invasive, and gentle approach to treat and manage simple to complex cases, often catching those that have been previously mismanaged, to dramatically improve the quality of life for his patients.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Delaware, Dr. Kaufman earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.
His career began in Philadelphia practicing within health clubs and then alongside a primary care physician before his 2007 move to Arizona. He opened Scottsdale Neurology with his brother Seth Kaufman, M.D., M.P.H. Dr. Kaufman shares that his brother’s extensive training and expertise in neuromuscular medicine, and vascular neurology continue to have a profound impact on how he practices.
Since 2016, when a local patient brought in her friend from California who then encouraged his practice expansion into California, Dr. Kaufman has had a Malibu office to serve those on the West Coast.
